These Terms and Conditions govern your use of 7q7 ("the Platform"), operated at https://7q7.bio. They form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and 7q7. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 7q7 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or via different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted via your account is deemed to have been carried out by you. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-72 hours subject to completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 7q7 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing funds, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.

All deposits must be used for genuine wagering activity. Deposits made and immediately withdrawn without sufficient betting activity may be subject to review and forfeiture. 7q7 does not charge deposit fees, but third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

The 7q7 brand name, domain names, trademarks, and service marks are the property of 7q7. Any unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7q7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including losses of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible assets.

7q7 does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect availability. 7q7 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime wherever practicable.
